I’m Kyra,
a fine art and portrait photographer from Minneapolis, Minnesota.
I believe everyone should experience the wonder and joy of a personalized and unique photoshoot with images that feel like they belong on the cover of a magazine.
In 2021, I BFA in Photography and minor in Engaged and Public Arts from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. I use my degree to create elevated portraits that go beyond the ordinary.
Kyra Nygard Photography specializes in high school grad photos and portraits. In 2023, I expanded my creative pursuits by founding a second business, Fine Grain Boudoir which focuses on empowerment through boudoir photography. You can see that work here.
Although I am from Minneapolis, I never shy away from a destination photoshoot. For client work, I’ve traveled to Seattle, Chicago, DC, Jacksonville FL, Boston, Las Vegas, Charlotte NC, Detroit, Atlanta, Nashville, Annapolis MD, and Phoenix.
